We offer apartment sales, independent villa sales, DTCP-approved plot sales, gated community development, and joint venture real estate partnerships. We cover the full spectrum from buying a plot to moving into a completed home.
We work on residential and commercial construction projects starting from 1,500 sq.ft, with a minimum project value of ₹40 lakhs. Both new builds and renovation projects are considered.
We are based in Coimbatore and our current project coverage includes Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Avinashi Road, and RS Puram. We are happy to discuss projects in other nearby areas depending on the scope.
