How do I start a project with Ajay Urban Structures?

What is the minimum project size you take on?

We work on residential and commercial projects starting from 1,500 sq.ft, with a minimum project value of ₹40 lakhs. Both new construction and renovation projects are considered.
What areas do you serve?

We are based in Coimbatore and currently serve Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Avinashi Road, RS Puram and surrounding areas. Get in touch to discuss projects in other nearby locations.
How does your pricing and payment structure work?

Our construction packages are priced per sq.ft with all costs documented upfront. What we quote is exactly what you pay. Payment is structured around construction milestones and a full cost breakdown is provided before any contract is signed.
Can you work with my existing architect's drawings?

Yes. We can build to any approved architectural plan. We will review your drawings, provide a detailed quotation and execute with our full quality standards and warranty coverage.
