We work on residential and commercial construction projects starting from 1,500 sq.ft, with a minimum project value of ₹40 lakhs. Both new builds and renovation projects are considered.
We don't cut corners on materials or process. Every stage of construction — from foundation to finishing — goes through careful review by our team to make sure it meets the standards we have committed to. Quality is built into how we work from day one, not added at the end.
Yes. Our team handles DTCP and RERA approvals, structural drawings, plan sanction and municipal permits as part of our construction service. You do not need to manage any of this yourself.
Our construction packages are priced per sq.ft with all costs documented upfront — what we quote is exactly what you pay. Payment is structured around construction milestones so you are never asked to pay ahead of progress. Full cost breakdown is provided before any contract is signed.
Yes. We encourage site visits at any stage of the project. We schedule them at a mutually convenient time and walk you through the progress in person. Staying connected to your build is something we actively support — not something you have to ask for.
Yes. We take on renovation and remodeling projects alongside new builds — covering interior upgrades, structural repairs, waterproofing, layout changes and full-space transformations. The same quality standards and transparent pricing that apply to our new construction work apply to every renovation we take on.
Design changes during construction are handled through a formal change order process — we document the change, revise the cost and timeline if needed, and get your sign-off before proceeding. Nothing changes without your agreement and nothing undocumented is carried out.
