Ajay Urban Structures was founded by Ajay Balaji, a Mechatronics Engineering graduate from Sathyabama University. He started the company with a clear focus on building structures that people are genuinely proud to own — combining technical precision with a transparent, client-first approach.
We began operations in 2025 and are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our work currently spans Coimbatore and surrounding areas including Saravanampatti, Peelamedu, Avinashi Road, and RS Puram.
Since founding, we have completed 15+ residential and commercial projects, each valued above ₹40 lakhs. Every project has been delivered with the same commitment to quality and timely handover — regardless of scale.
We work across residential and commercial construction, renovation and remodeling, urban infrastructure, gated community development, joint venture real estate, villa sales, apartment sales, and plot sales — covering the full spectrum from building to buying.
We work on projects starting from 1,500 sq.ft, whether residential or commercial. Our minimum project value is ₹40 lakhs.
